Dobbiamo dire molte grazie a David Nathan, se questo progetto che faceva parte del contratto che Dionne Warwick aveva con la sua vecchia etichetta Arista Records ha rivisto la luce.

Della registrazione originale nel CD mancano solo due tracce, ma per il resto c'è tutto. Dalla sua voce forte e inconfondibile, alla straordinaria capacità di interpretare ogni tipo di canzone come l'iniziale What You Won't Do For Love/In The Stone, alle più classiche Don't Make Me Over e Alfie fino alle più recenti Deja Vu e Right Back. Le registrazioni in studio di questo progetto sono le sessioni prodotte da Michael Masser nel 1981 e qui rimasterizzate dai master originali.

(Many thanks to David Nathan for securing rights to reissue this live project that was part of Dionne Warwick's obligation to Arista Records.
She signed with the label in 1978 after lackluster years with Warner Bros. Records. The reissued CD has two tracks omitted from the initial project. For die hard Watwick fans, this CD is a must. Her voice was still strong at the time of this recording. It celebrates the resurgence her career got just after her Arista label debut, "Dionne" received. Clearly, Warwick proves what has been known for years, she is best live.
The studio recordings on this project are sessions produced by Michael Masser. I bought this album when it was pressed on vinyl. It is great to have a clear CD mastering of it after its' many out of print years.)
